*In order to achieve these extremely favorable rates, this policy is written as a blanket policy for the International Brotherhood of Magicians from August to August each year. Each individual policy issued is issued as part of this blanket policy. Thus, if you apply in August, your fee covers 12 months of insurance. If you apply in September, your policy covers 11 months insurance at the same dollar cost. If you apply in June, and your receipts are less than $25,000 per year, you will pay the same $111 cost in spite of the extremely short duration of your coverage. (Before you judge this as extremely unfair, get a cost for individual liability insurance with comparable coverage. If you need the insurance, we believe you will find that it is still cheap.)

This policy is available to all I.B.M. magician members from the United States, Puerto Rico and U.S. Territories. It should be understood that in today's social and legal climate, the possibility of lawsuit is very realistic should any property damage or personal injury occur at a magician's performance. It is our understanding and belief that this is the best coverage available for magicians short of far more expensive individually contracted insurance.

If you have any questions or concerns regarding the renewal of this coverage, or to obtain this liability insurance, send your name, magician name, complete address, phone number, annual gross receipts, I.B.M membership number and payment to:

For your own protection and peace of mind, we urge that you consider this coverage. Finally, while we offer this insurance to you in good faith, it is up to you to check it over carefully and be sure that it adequately provides proper coverage for you.
