About Chrissy Beyerlein

Born and raised in the Land of Enchantment (Albuquerque, New Mexico), Chrissy fell in love with magic at the ripe age of 7. She went to the library and checked out every book she could find and started learning and performing tricks for the neighborhood kids over the next several years.

 

Her love for magic was re-ignited in 2025. The name Lady Lux is based on the Latin phrase "Lux in Tenebris" (meaning: light on the darkness), from a Bible verse John 1:5 - "And the light shines in the darkness, and the darkness did not comprehend it." Magic brings awe and wonder and light into an often dark world. Lady Lux hopes to spread this spark of light and wonder through magic and story-telling!
