William E. Evans has been a member of the I.B.M. since 1978 (Order of Merlin-Shield) and served as its International President in 2013-2014.  Bill is the current Legal Advisor having previously served in this position to International Presidents David Sandy, Tony Wilson and Roger Miller, and has served 3 years as a member of the Board of Trustees, Executive Committee. Bill is a long time member of the Audit Committee. He has also served on the Ethics Committee, and is currently the Chairman of the Grievance Committee. A tax lawyer by profession, and a fellow in the American College of Tax Counsel, Bill organized and formed the IBM/SAM 2008 Combined Convention, LLC and the IBM/SAM 2017 Combined Convention, LLC and served as Legal Advisor for both of those organizations. Bill is also a musician and has been playing guitar, mandolin, mandocello, and harmonica with The M-Dock Band for over 23 years.


Lynn E, Miner is a member of the Order of Merlin and was elected to the Board of Trustees in 2017. He has published articles in The Linking Ring, including columns dealing with script writing and I.B.M. resources that specifically support local Rings.  Lynn bears a remarkable resemblance to Santa and regularly performs his special brand of Santa Magic. He was bitten by the magic “bug” in the third grade. He has “repurposed” from being a professor of biomedical engineering and graduate dean at Marquette University where he specialized in research and fundraising. He has published 28 books, authored or mentored over 5,000 grant proposals attracting more than one-half billion dollars, and taught more than 10,000 individuals successful grantseeking strategies. He used magic in all of his grant workshops to illustrate key teaching points. He now uses his extensive writing experience to author and edit creative magic scripts both for himself and professional performers.

Rolando H. Santos is a lifetime member of the I.B.M., joining in 1995 and serving as its International President from 2010-2011. 
Rolando has served on the Board of Trustees Executive Committee. He has been the Chairman of the Management Team, since 2012 and has served on the Ethics Committee, most recently as chairman of that committee. Rolando is a member of Ring 9 in Atlanta where he has served on the Board of Directors for several years and was named Atlanta Magician of the Year in 2002. He was recently elected to the I.B.M. EDF Board of Trustees.
Since, 1996 Rolando has been a contributor, product reviewer, editor and ethics columnist for The Linking Ring. Currently he serves as Assistant Editor of the magazine.

In addition to being a member of the I.B.M., Rolando is a member of the Society of American Magicians, the Inner Circle of Bizarre Magic, The British Society of Psychic Entertainers, and a member of The Magic Circle in London, where he has been named Member of the Inner Magic Circle with Gold Star.

Rolando has been published in various Magic related magazines and publications. He is the creator of "The WHY GRID", a how-to system for improving story lines and routines, published in the March 1999 issue of Magic Magazine. Rolando has also translated lecture notes into Spanish for Dan Garrett and Michael Ammar.

Currently, he is a panelist on the weekly Conjuror’s Community Weekly Webcast.

Away from Magic, Rolando has been a journalist for 45 years, recently retiring as CEO of CNN Chile in Santiago, Chile. He has reported on news eventws around the world, and launched news networks in the United States, Chile, and Spain.
