Age five, saw magician and friend do a jumping coin & hooked. Though wanting to perform, went into business, Europe, USA, Canada, continuing his interest.1989, became a full-time entertainer. Is an IBM,SAM,ACTRA member, appeared as Wizard in Scotiabank commercial, Older Gent in Copper, Desk Sergeant Murdoch Mysteries, Prof.Snape on B.Television, clown Soul Food, MD PSI Factor & Benylin ad, Thicker Than Blood, Blumbo the clown on Really Me, Santa in Being Erica, Kung Fu TLC, Relic Hunter, consultant Disney Life with Mikey, My Date with the President's Daughter, She's the Mayor. Stars used hands on camera, incl: Sean Connery,Roddy Piper,Christopher Lloyd, Randy Quaid. Birds were in Side Effects , Canada's Walk of Fame, and She's the Mayor. Performances at libraries,daycares, restaurants, weddings/baptisms,seniors,schools, major corps. LONE STAR in Richmond Hill and Pickering 1994/96,Benihana, Swiss Chalet, McD's, Taco Bell, Casa Verde, Burger King, Pizza Hut, East Side Marios, Red Lobster, Branksome Hall and Crescent Schools, Town of Markham, Metro Zoo, Nabisco, BMW, GE, Bell Canada, CUPE 54, Japanese and Korean Cultural Centres, Optimists, Victoria Cty Museum, Pilsbury, Magna, Chrysler, L.C.B.O. Worked on Copperfield's Project Magic helping challenged learn magic therapy at Hugh Macmillan Centre and Erinoakes, 1993 taught David tricks, later demonstrated to media. He took 2 years training in A.S.L. at the Bob Rumball Centre for the Deaf. His work earned him the Rubber Chicken award from the IBM TLC magazine and Readers' Choice award Durham Parent. |
