 The Combined Convention in July 2014 of the International Brotherhood of Magicians and the Society of American Magicians was so big the news and coverage keeps coming even several months later. For instance, the day before the convention officially began a number of magicians visited a local hospital in St. Louis to cheer up patients and their families with their magic. While there, Ariann Black took a selfie of those magicians, and here it is:

Scott Hood has been chairman of the I.B.M.'s hospital visits for several years, and wrote about how Rings can do the same thing in their local hospitals, in the October and November issues of The Linking Ring.
