I.B.M. has no intention of collecting Personal Information from children under the age of 13 years old. In addition, we may also collect non-personally identifiable information, such as IP host address, pages viewed, search queries, impressions and other data, and may aggregate such information in a manner which does not identify any individual ("Aggregate Information").

Information Usage: When a user sends an email message to us, such user indicates an interest in our organization and Personal Information may be used for the purposes of communicating with such user. By providing Personal Information on the Web site, you consent to receive information and updates on our services. I.B.M. will not sell or rent any Personal Information to any third party.
