The International Brotherhood of Magicians is a volunteer organization. Management on the International level is carried out by individuals who because of their love of magic, are involved in and promote the magical arts. Throughout the I.B.M. there are many magicians who volunteer endless hours to conducting their Ring’s business and magic meetings, performing in their Ring shows or volunteering for magic mentoring programs, Healing of Magic, and a variety of charities and other causes. They are a vital part of why the I.B.M. has grown from a small correspondence club to an international organization.
