Joan Caesar will become International President of the I.B.M. during the IBM/SAM Combined Convention in Louisville, Kentucky, this month. The Linking Ring article about her in this month's issue was written by the incoming National President of the Society of American Magicians, Bruce Kalver. Mr. Kalver will take office during the Combined Convention. He is also a longtime member of the I.B.M. and a member of the Order of Merlin Shield. Joan is Canada's Ambassador of Magic. (read more)
