Magic Shows Recycling is Magic More than 4,000 Connecticut school children, staff and family members have seen "Recycling is Magic." Through a combination of dramatic storytelling, stage magic and environmental education, this presentation brings the importance of recycling to a young audience. The storytelling and magic portion runs approximately 15 minutes. For the older children an additional 10-15 minutes are added on for discussion. Older children learn what should be recycled, what should be composted and what can be donated. The strongest message that all children receive is that THEY have the same power as the wizard. Their recycling bin is their magic box. It will allow them to turn the old, used up and broken into the new and useful...real magic! Wizard Magic When he is not doing recycling magic, Cyril conjures up enchantments of a more ancient nature. Through clothing, story and style of performance he transports his audiences back into a world of monsters and magic, wizards and dragons. Escape from the Goblins - The tale of a young boy who is captured by goblins. Apparation - Cyril shares the secrets and dangers of casting the powerful magic spell of apparition. Sorcerer's Journey - Let Cyril share the tales and wonders from his magical travels. With a backpack full of talismans and artifacts he conjures up the magic and mystery of distant lands. Your Event - Cyril can create his magic at your event, whether it be a birthday party, picnic, festival or the local farmers' market. |
