- In March, 2007, Cory Traveled to Las Vegas to help on a photo shoot with prominant dance photographer Candice Potrafka and study magic in a private session with Jeff McBride. During this session, material was advanced for Cory's new mind magic psycic show, which will include some rarely seen crystal reading.
- In August, 2006 Cory traveled to Las Vegas to study in a master class with Eugene Burger, Jeff McBride, Lance Burton and Mac King. While there, Cory also performed close-up magic for patrons in the Monte Carlo Hotel and Casino food court.
- In September, Cory made a special appearance performing on the SS Pride of Aloha.
