- Cory Haines has been playing drums and performing magic for more than 25 years. While in high school, Cory was the student conductor of his high school band, and received a rating of "Outstanding" (the highest rating available) from the New York State Scholastic Music Association (NYSSMA). Cory was also voted "Most Musical" by his classmates upon his high school graduation in 1989.
- In addition to magic, Cory has studied many stagecraft disciplines. He has attended improvisational comedy workshops with the Second City National Touring Company, and has appeared as an actor in many productions through Masque Theatre, Inc., where he is also a member of the Board of Directors. Cory has studied magic with some of the best performers in the world. He has completed a seven day master class at the McBride Mystery School, learning from Jeff McBride, Eugene Berger, Lance Burton, Mac King, and many more. He has also studied magic privately with Jeff McBride. Cory is a graduate of the University at Albany where he majored in Anthropology and Biology, and was a member of the intercollegiate wrestling team. He has a law degree from Albany Law Scool.
