Convention Hotel Room Block About to End

If you have not yet booked your convention hotel room for San Antonio, BOOK YOUR ROOM BEFORE JUNE 16TH, 2016.

After June 16th, our $115 room rate will no longer be available, and the Grand Hyatt will release our room block. Rooms will then only be booked subject to availability, and at the prevailing room rate for the hotel, if there is availability.

Currently the hotel is showing SOLD OUT over our convention dates, unless you book through our dedicated room block.

If you are planning to attend the convention, and have not yet booked your room, please do so now in order to avoid being disappointed.
